DJT Plastering initially built up its reputation on the back of the high level of quality plastering that the company was contracted to undertake.
This emphasis on quality has remained at the forefront of company philosophy, with its subsequent expansion into other areas of expertise.

Plastering remains at the heart of our business, with all operatives trained to the highest degree of competence, resulting in the production of skilled work the envy of many in our industry. Experience will dictate the type of plastering required to achieve the required results, with two Coat, Float and Set amongst the more commonly used approaches. We are experienced in plastering not only vast flat expanses but also more intricate projects where precision is essential. We also take great pride in our expertise and experience offering an unrivalled finish.  

Floor Screeds

We specialise in hand applied screeds which include traditional cement, sand and granolithic, Suitable for both commercial and domestic buildings, they can be used with thermal and acoustic insulation. Floor screeds remain a mainstay of our business, with skills developed to carry out work on a range of projects inside or out.

Dry Lining

Dry Lining and Partioning Dry lining systems are suitable for many different types of building; new-build to restoration and refurbishment; traditional to contemporary styling. Adjustments to height, thermal, fire, sound and vapour permeability performance are straightforward and easily achieved.

Taping and Jointing

Taping and jointing creates a smooth finish on the plasterboard ready for painting and decoration. We are very competitive using all the labour saving tools available to keep our costs to a minimum. We also believe it is cheaper and easier to do a 100% job in the first opportunity rather than putting substandard work right later
As we are specialists in what we do we can guarantee an excellent finish ready for snag free decorating. We can complete even large contracts in a few days by utilising a number of our tapers. We do not use cheap materials, as do many of our competitors. We only use the materials associated with the manfacturer of the board being fitted (e.g British Gypsum, Knauf and Lafarge). These products will guarantee the best possible finish.
